Login

I cannot login

Please close your browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and then re-open it.

If you have forgotten your password, you may request to have it reset.

I created a login but I don't remember which of my email addresses I used

You can try to login using your different addresses, or you can have a password reset. You will not be able to request a password for an email address you did not already use; WhatFriendsDo system will only recognize email addresses that have already been registered.

My team is no longer active, but I would still like to keep my login with WhatFriendsDo

You do not need to do anything. Your login will remain active.

Password

My password does not work.

Please request to have your password reset. Once you login with the new password be sure to go to "My Profile" to choose a new password.

I do not know the password for the team I want to join

Please contact the team Coordinator. WhatFriendsDo does not distribute passwords for teams.

My name does not appear on the Team List

Click on the team list link on the team, and follow the instructions to add your name. If you have already done this, perhaps you indicated that you do not want your name to appear to everyone. Please contact your team Coordinator to find out if your name is on the list. The Coordinator can make your name public and can also correct any typographical errors in your email address.

I do not want my name on the team list anymore. How can I remove it?

Contact the team Coordinator and ask to have your name removed.

I signed up to take food but now cannot do it on that date

Go to the Calendar on your team. Click on the date for the task for which you signed up.

Click on "View Details" for that particular item.

Below "Edit Details" click on "Remove me from this event."

Your team Coordinator will be notified that you cannot help that day, and the task will be active on the Calendar for someone else to sign up.

I cannot access the team

If the team is password protected or private, please contact the team Coordinator in order to get access.

How do I add a picture to my team's page?

Only Coordinators can add pictures. Please contact your team Coordinator and ask him/her to add the photo.

How can I post a blog entry?

Team members can post replies/comments to blog entries. Only Coordinators can post blog entries. Please contact your team Coordinator and ask him/her to post the blog entry.

Calendar

I signed up to take food but now cannot do it on that date.

Go to the Calendar on your team. Click on the date for the task for which you signed up.

Click on "View Details" for that particular item.

Below "Edit Details" click on "Remove me from this event."

Your team Coordinator will be notified that you cannot help that day, and the task will be active on the Calendar for someone else to sign up.

I signed up to help on a particular day, but the Calendar still shows that help is still needed on that day.

Even though you have signed up to help with one item, there are other ways that help is still needed on that day.

I signed up to help but now I need to change to another day.

Go to the Calendar on your team. Click on the date for the task for which you signed up.

Click on "View Details" for that particular item.

Under "Edit Details" click on "Remove me from this event."

Your team Coordinator will be notified that you cannot help that day, and the task will be active on the Calendar for someone else to sign up.

You may now go back onto the Calendar and select a new day to help.

I signed up to take a meal but I am going to fix something else. How can I change it on the website?

Go to the Calendar on your team. Click on the date for the task for which you signed up.

Click on "View Details" for that particular item.

Under "Edit Details" in the Additional Comments box you may indicate what you are fixing.

Your team Coordinator will see this note on the Coordinator Report.
